Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You answer simple questions and pick from suggestions. No technical settings, no jargon.
Is it legal to run an AI influencer?
Yes, as long as you clearly say it's AI. PopFace adds that label for you. Imitating a real person without their consent is not allowed.
Can I edit my own videos, without AI?
Yes. The editing studio also works with your videos: import them, PopFace cuts the silences, adds animated captions and your music, and exports the right format for each network. You can also turn a long video (podcast, live) into several shorts.
Can I put a well-known song on my videos?
No: well-known songs are protected by copyright, even a few seconds, and can get your video blocked. Rather add a trending sound in TikTok or Instagram when you post (it is licensed), or import music you have the rights to.
Will TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accept my videos?
Yes: these networks accept content made with AI, as long as it is labelled. PopFace writes the AI notice into your files and shows you, when you post, which option to switch on for each network. For a paid partnership in France, the notice "Images virtuelles" is added in one click.
What content is allowed?
Anything Instagram, TikTok and YouTube accept: fashion, fitness, swimwear, lifestyle… Adult content is not allowed.
Can I make money with it?
AI influencers earn like any creator: digital products, affiliate links, brand deals. PopFace helps you create the content; results depend on your consistency and your niche.
Who owns what I create?
You, and only you. Your creations are private: nobody else can access them, except the team members you invite. You can use your photos and videos on your accounts, including for commercial use.
