Data controller: [Prénom Nom] ("atel'ia"), [Adresse à compléter]. Contact: contact@popface.fr. We collect the minimum needed to run PopFace Studio and never sell your data.
Data we process
Account: email address, display name, language, sign-up date, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google name and profile picture.
Content: the characters you create, the photos, videos and sounds you upload, your edits, the texts you write, the posts you schedule and the generated files.
Payment: plan, credit history and Stripe identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe only.
Technical: sign-in and error logs, anonymous cookieless audience measurement.
Why and on what basis
To provide the service and manage your subscription (contract); to secure the service, prevent abuse and meet accounting obligations (legitimate interest and legal obligation); to send account-related emails (contract) and, if you agree, product news (consent, withdrawable at any time).
Processors
Supabase (database and files, hosted in the European Union); Vercel (website hosting); Stripe (payments); Google (Gemini and Veo models) and Higgsfield (video models) for generation, and Google Gemini to pick the best moments of your long videos; ElevenLabs (speech transcription for captions and silence cuts, voices); Contabo (video editing server, in Germany); Resend (email delivery). Some are outside the European Union: transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
Descriptions, images, videos and sounds sent to the models are used only to produce your creation or your edit.
Retention
Account and creations: while the account exists, then deleted within 30 days of closure. Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation). Technical logs: 12 months at most.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to some processing, or ask for restriction or portability by writing to contact@popface.fr. You can also complain to the French regulator, CNIL (cnil.fr).

The cookies and trackers used are listed in the cookie policy. Non-essential cookies (Trustpilot reviews) are only set with your consent, and you can change your mind at any time with the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of the page.
